All gone wrong!!

Today was not a good day for cooking. The taste was there, but the texture all wrong. The oils from the sauce some how separated after leaving it alone for a while, the beans were blanched, so it was too soft, and the fried did not have enough oil, hence the outer crust all fell out. Crap. So disappointed. And a bit too oily.

Pool was alright though. Went to play with glen roberts. Way better than my last time. Had my favourite fried fish soup at the coffee shop before going to parkway for some lovely danishes at swiss bakery.

Alright, time to continue washing and cleaning up. Work at 1 tomorrow. I really want to sleep soon so I can sleep for 12 hours, haha.
